Rob Ryan | Dallas Cowboys: Rex RyanThe Dallas Cowboys and coach Jason Garrett missed the NFL playoffs and now, heads are starting to roll.  Defensive coordinator Rob Ryan has been fired, according to ESPN.
The Cowboys defensive coordinator was informed on Tuesday he would not be returning for his last year of a three year contract in 2013-14.  Jerry Jones expressed his disappointment in the offensive rushing attack. Rob could be joining his brother Rex Ryan on the New York Jets.

Cowboys coach Jason Garrett said in a statement, “at this time, the decision has been made to move forward in a different direction philosophically on defense. I have an immense amount of respect for Rob as a person and as a football coach and I wish him and his family the very best.”

Rob Ryan has become a scapegoat. What Jerry Jones needs to do is stay put.Leave things to proper personnel, who know better what each are doing.
